Return Policy
1. Return Window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page or prohibited by category rules.
2. Eligibility
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags/accessories.
- Return reason must be valid (wrong item, defective, not as described, etc.).
- Photo proof may be required for quality or damage claims.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, innerwear, personal hygiene products (once opened), custom orders, and items marked “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned except where required by law or if defective.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Open Account → My Orders, choose the delivered item, and tap Return or Replacement. Our team will review your request and photo (if submitted) and update the status.
5. Pickup & Inspection
Approved returns may be picked up by our logistics partner or require you to ship the item as instructed. Refunds or replacements are processed after inspection.
6. Replacements
Where available, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund for eligible items (same product, subject to stock).
