1. Serviceable Locations

Delivery availability depends on your delivery pincode and each product’s serviceability settings set by the seller. Enter your pincode on the app to see deliverable products and fees.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges may vary by product, seller, pincode, and order value. Fees are shown on the product page and at checkout before you confirm payment.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Sellers typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary due to location, weather, holidays, or logistics constraints.

4. Order Tracking

Track order status under Account → My Orders. You will receive notifications when your order is confirmed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered.

5. Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our partner may attempt re-delivery or contact you. Repeated failed attempts may result in cancellation and refund as per the Refund Policy.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Report damaged, missing, or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery via Support or Returns with photos where applicable.
